We have two ongoing lines of biological research in our group. One line is headed by Montse Barcena on 'Virus Replication' and the other by Thom Sharp on 'Bionano patterning'.
For all our research we use our state-of-the-art electron microscopy infrastructure, image processing and visualization techniques and correlative light and electron microscopy. If necessary for a particular research project we further develop or adapt methods and techniques.
